3. Offline Storage

When you use the platform offline or on a mobile device, some of your project and defect data is stored locally on your device so the app continues to work without an internet connection. This data:

• Is stored on your device only and is not sent to our servers until you are back online
• Is tied to your account — other users on the same device cannot access your data
• Can be cleared at any time from Settings → Offline Data → Clear Offline Data

4. What We Do Not Use

We do not use:

• Google Analytics or any other analytics service
• Facebook, LinkedIn or any other advertising or tracking pixels
• Session recording or heatmap tools
• Any third-party marketing or retargeting cookies
• Any cookie that tracks you across other websites

5. Managing Cookies

All cookies we set are essential for the platform to work correctly. You can delete them at any time through your browser settings, but doing so will sign you out of the platform.

To clear cookies in your browser:

• Safari: Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Clear Data
